Covers workplace safety across the trades, light electrical and plumbing maintenance, HVAC preventive maintenance and airflow management, and facility rounds, work-order documentation and trade coordination.

After this bootcamp, your tech can do this confidently
Every item is demonstrated on real equipment and signed off by an instructor, then tested in the written and practical exam on the final day. Scope of work and supervision still follow your own standards and local licensing.
- ON PASS
Participants earn a Train America qualification validating job readiness for entry-level building maintenance work.

Work safely across electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks
OSHA PPE, ladders and fall protection, LOTO, arc-flash awareness, and sewer-gas and combustion precautions.

Perform light electrical maintenance
DMM testing, breaker and fuse replacement, and fixture, outlet and switch installs to NEC code, plus knowing when to escalate to a licensed electrician.
[03]
Handle light plumbing maintenance
Fixture rebuilds, minor drain clearing and water-heater component service.
[04]
Carry out HVAC preventive maintenance and airflow management
Filter changes, register balancing, thermostat replacement, and basic combustion checks with a CO detector.
