This class will take a student with little to no experience and give them the skills and knowledge necessary to be a competent entry level maintenance technician. The attendee will gain the knowledge of how a heating and air conditioning system works.

  9. Safe troubleshooting procedures

  10. Brazing skills and techniques

  11. Perfect Service Call customer communication skills

  12. Understanding Basic Airflow and Duct sizing
